Scholarship Type : Postgraduate-ME Scholarships

Award Value : Maintenance allowance : US $ 770 pa.Maintenance allowance for United Kingdom Pound Sterling 5000 pa.Contingency Grant US$ 500 pa. For candidates in United Kingdom- Pound Sterling 325 pa.Others- Actual charges will be paid, wherever applicable
• Actual visa fees in Indian rupees
• Equipment Allowances: Rs.1100
• Incidental journey expenses: Up to US$ 15 or its equivalent in Indian rupees. The awardees are permitted to supplement their prescribed allowances by undertaking Research/Teaching Assistantship up to US$ 2400 pa and for awardees in United Kingdom, Pound Sterling 1560 pa

Eligibility : Age 35 years, as on first day of the month of the advertisement. Academic: Post Doctoral- 1st class or 60% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Masters Degree (2nd class with 50% for STs)
• PhD and 5 Years’ Research/ teaching/ professional experience in the concerned field.PhD- 1st class or 60% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Masters’ Degree (2nd class with 50% for STs)
• 2 years teaching/research/professional experience/MPhil degree in the concerned field.Masters degree- 1st Class or 60% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Bachelors degree (2nd class with 50% marks for STs)
• 2 years work experience in the concerned field
