Jake Logue, 17, Sullivan South football player, collapsed on the field during a play in a game against Knoxville West High School.

Many doctors attending the game rushed to Logue’s aid and also a Knoxville Fire Department crew arrived immediately, defibrillator was used at least twice in an attempt to revive Logue,but he was unresponsive.

Logue was rushed to the University of Tennessee Medical Center but was pronounced dead in the emergency room. The reason for his collapse was not immediately known.
