ASSISTANT PROFESSORS (8 Posts)
1. Fashion Design :
No.of Posts:04 (Mohali-2, Ludhiana-1, Jalandhar-1)
Qualification :
UG/PG Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design from NID/NIFT/NIIFT or any other reputed Institute with at least 3 years relevant experience in teaching/research/industry in a reputed organization.

2. Garment Construction
No.of Posts:02 (Ludhiana-1, Jalandhar-1)
Qualification :
M. Sc (Clothing & Textiles)/M. Sc (Fabric & Apparel Science) from a university of National/International repute with at least 3 years relevant experience in teaching/research/industry in a reputed organization.

3. Sketching/Drawing/History of Arts
No.of Post:01 (Ludhiana)
Qualification :
B.F.A. with M.A. in (History of Art)/MFA from a university of national/ International repute with 3 years relevant experience in teaching/research/ industry in a reputed organization. Preference will be given to those candidates having experience in Fashion Model Drawing, Sketching and latest trends of Fashion in Western & Indian Costumes.

4. Industrial Pattern Maker
No.of Posts:02 (Ludhiana-1, Jalandhar-1)
Qualification :
Diploma from NIFT or any other reputed Institute with 3 years atleast relevant experience of teaching/research/industry of a reputed organization or Matric with minimum of 10 years experience as Pattern Maker in an Industry with thorough knowledge of creating original patterns from sketch/photograph. Ability to grade sizes essential. Should have thorough knowledge of Pattern Making Techniques for Industrial production. Preference to candidate with knowledge of CAD.

5. Computers
No.of Post:01 (Ludhiana-1)
Qualification :
B.Tech (Computers) or B.Tech (Information Technology) or MCA from any recognized university with atleast 3 years relevant experience from reputed organization.

Age Limit: 35 years

Pay Scale : Rs.15,000/-per month.
