Should have good knowledge of physical metallurgy of steel, techniques for mechanical property evaluation, failure analysis and finite element modeling.
Qualification :
PhD/M Tech in Mechanical Engg. / Metallurgical Engineering. Should have experience in industry or at research institutes with record of patents / publication / implementations.
